I HAVE THE POWERRRRRR

After literally a summer of waiting, we finally have power at the place! I expect that progress on the cabbage will speed up considerably now, hopefully with a move in date of SOON.

Just a couple of steps left — get the outlets working, install some rudimentary plumbing, some more site work — but then we will be well on our way to the part of working on a place that I actually know how to do. I’ve learned a lot this summer, which is great. I’m used to being able to just do things, but having to sit back and wait for people with more experience than me has been really humbling. That’s not a bad thing, though. And now, when I need to do this again, or if anyone else needs my help, I’ll be able to assist in a practical manner.
